Fitness Friday!

Happy Friday Everyone!!

Today is a very happy Friday for me!!

First off, I'd like to say that I started my week off with a little self-challenge that I made for myself.  I wanted to challenge myself so that come today I would feel like a million bucks right before I started my Memorial Day Weekend Vacation!

Self-Challenge:

On Monday after I came home from my workout I decided to set a 4 Day Challenge!

A 4 Day, Two-A-Day Workout Challenge!

I haven't done a two-a-day workout in quite some time, so this was definitely a challenge time-wise, mentality-wise and body-wise!

Tuesday:
30min Cardio/30min Sprint Spin Class
45min Cardio-HIIT/30min Butt/Abs (My poor lower body! eek!)

Wednesday:
30min Cardio/30min Upper Body Training
30min Run outside/30min Bootcamp Style Class Outside
(This kicked my butt! Ever do battle ropes on a bosu? Now I can say that I did!)

Thursday:
60min Cardio/Strength Training Class
(You ever have sweat drip into your eyes? Yea that happened!)
60min Cardio Kickboxing
(I better have buns of steal after this week! #JustSaying)

Friday:
30min Cardio/30min Lower Body Training
75min Cardio Class (Intense Aerobics-Bollywood Dancing-Abs)
Such a fun workout!





This brings me to here and now!

I did it! I completed my little (not so little) challenge!
It definitely wasn't easy! Walking is definitely a little tough for me today haha!

BUTTT...I feel amazing and so excited to start my trip!
After I'm done posting, I'm off to begin my
Memorial Day Vacation!

Where am I going?

I'm off to see Pitbull tonight in Atlantic City, NJ!

(I'm like a kid on Christmas Morning! - I cannot wait!!!)

There WILL be lot's of dancing tonight! (Cardio right?)

Then, off to Ocean City, MD until Tuesday!

I will hopefully have time to check in with you guys!
