5:00am: Rolled out of bed...thinking to myself..EW, this is SO early!!!
5:30am: First day of VIPR class!! Thankfully one of my fellow gym rats also signed up for this torture with me!! The class was an intense half hour of exercises you wouldn't normally do! A great shock to your muscles!

6:30am: Vinyasa Yoga, this was SO peaceful! I haven't taken Yoga in forever, it was so nice just to stretch out! Vinyasa also isn't a walk in the park, so it was a nice change of pace for my body!
7:30am: walk on the treadmill
8:00am: 45 minutes of Cardio Kickboxing!!! Great way to end this boot camp of a morning!!
Now you may be asking... Why!?!
Why would you do all of that!
Well... Since I made a doctors appt. at 930am and I had to take the VIPR class at 530am regardless.. I figured I'd just spend the whole morning at the gym, shower and head straight to my appt!
That's where I am now!! In the waiting room updating all of you!!
Hopefully I don't crash at work today! I think it'll be a Venti Starbucks kind of day! What do you think? ;)
